Which methods of payments can I use?
We accept all major credit cards, installment payment plans, and digital wallets.

Do you accept returns?
We would like all of our customers to be satisfied with our products. However, we know that sometimes there may not be a love affair with our customers and the items we sell.
If you receive footwear that has been damaged (before it was shipped) or that is not the style, size, color, or pattern that you ordered, it can be returned for a full refund or an exchange. "Last Chance" (clearance) items may not be returned. If you contacted our customer care department with sizing questions and you receive your order and your footwear does not properly fit, it may be exchanged for another size. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery, as long as the items are not marked as final sale, are unworn, unwashed, includes all accessories and still are in their original packaging.
If Inoli Brand was the cause of the error involving your purchase, we will pay for the shipping of your exchange.

What shipping platform does Inoli Brand use?
Inoli Brand ships via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver. If you would like upgrade your shipping, you will be charged an extra fee.
